The working hours according to the agreement with the client. If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance.
Staying with the dog during a treatment is not recommended and is permitted in exceptional situations (old age, illness, aggressive dog).
Dogs are calmer when there is no owner around and the treatment can be carried out better and more professionally.
Dogs should be treated against all types of pests.
The duration of the treatment depends on the condition of the dog's coat and how quiet the dog is during the treatment.
